This beautiful drum mallet has been created by hand felting natural merino fibres. The core of the head is Jacob fleece encased in a bright pink merino wool with a purple spiral. It is attached to a hand cut sustainable sweet chestnut shank, using jute twine.
It is the perfect mallet for using with many styles of frame drum. These individually unique mallets produce a fabulous deep sound with either natural or synthetic skins. Ideal for ceremony, sound healing or just for fun.
The mallet comes in a calico bag with a lavender sachet.
Please note that the materials used in my pieces are natural , therefore there may be some imperfections and natural flaws.
